I started at the bottom in customer service answering consumer calls every day. Within a year I was on the management team learning all that I could. What I enjoy most about my background is that I have had the honor of being involved from both stand points, the client and the consumer. With 10 years of customer service, 4 of which as the CS manager, and then this last year in the promotion and solution management positions there's almost nothing I haven't seen or heard. Seeing with my own 2 eyes what could go wrong, what definitely works, and how the entire process goes from launch to fulfillment.
