WVDOT - Right of Way DivisionGeologist / Mineral Appraiser- Review geologic data to establish values of natural resources property and mineral resources.- Gather residential real, commercial real, industrial real, personal property and natural resource data from court house records, property owners and from real estate agencies for use in making preliminary estimates of value. - Apply accepted appraisal methods to estimate the value of property being appraised; prepares a final narrative report of appraised values, including documentation. - Research public land records to obtain information on property transfers to determine current real estate values and trends; consults local property owners and real estate professionals to verify property transfers, land values, economic trends and other pertinent information. - Testify in court and administrative hearings regarding the value of property.

• Accurately maintained multiple databases that involved tracking the process of both operated and non-operated wells, permits, well status, drilling/completion reports, interpreting well logs and identifying formation tops for completion reports and database records• Lead geologist for the Michigan Basin where I consistently identified and maintained appropriate inventory of Antrim recomplete candidates to meet budget• Diligently completed the submission of all regulatory completion reports to the State of Ohio• Efficiently managed the set up all AFE forms and Geology reports for proposed recompletion wells• Efficiently utilized ArcGIS and GeoGraphix software in order to determine recomplete inventory for budget purposes. Also used these programs to track all Utica/Point Pleasant permit activity in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia to determine whether new permits imposed on current acreage positions, as well as maintaining all press release information• Proficiently generated quality detailed maps for presentations and reports• Meticulously maintained the master upside database for both mid-year and year-end reserves to provide data to the Engineering/Drilling departments for reporting purposes • Independently generated reserve reports mapping to provide to 3rd party consultants for all year-end reserve reports • Thoroughly evaluated shut-In wells and worked closely with Geology team to determine and evaluate all operated and non-operated to help identify wells with up-hole potential in order to maintain acreage• Actively assisted in updating all GeoGraphix production databases for Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania• Enthusiastically trained and supervised all Summer Interns from 2010 through 2014

• GIS Analyst: Worked on compiling and formatting data for map preparation, including working with complex database system, survey notes, reports and original maps, and this also required defining map layouts and production specifications such as scale, size, projections, and colors to ensure the final product met all requirements set by the client• Title Abstract Analyst: Responsible for all title/abstract requests, which required creating master title spreadsheets and maps/plats for multiple abstract requests from the client and providing that information to the field for preparation of title searches, as well as editing and constructing all title opinions into the final report to meet all requirements set by the client
