The Government Property Administration Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining oversight of the supply chain for the complete life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Specific emphasis is placed on developing an understanding of customers' needs and taking actions to ensure that such needs are met; overseeing the procurement, receipt, and delivery of material and providing current status and delivery information on all material requirements; maintaining and developing positive business relationships with customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to logistics activities; direct availability and allocation of equipment; direct creation of accountable property record forms and updates to accountable property records; oversee the completion of physical inventories to comply with Secure Mission Solutions’ SOP and special/customer requested inventories. Responsible for oversight of compliance with contractual requirements related to procurement and Government Property management (FAR 51, FAR Subpart 52.2, FAR 52.245-1, 52.245-2; DFARS 252.242-7004, 252.211-7007) and individual contractual requirements as outlined. Procurement activities ($21million/YTD) and logistics/property management ($ 34 million/YTD) fall under the cognizance of this role.The Government Property Administration Manager has oversight of (4) dedicated employees assigned procurement and logistics functions as well as (4) employees assigned property management roles as part of their overall job responsibilities. Maintaining department alignment with corporate goals and objectives, monitoring department budget, conducting monitoring of subcontractors, participating in training relevant to changes in FAR/DFARS requirements, and coordinating stand-up of the SMS Property Control System within new projects/programs are also among the duties assigned.

Manage Start up for 3rd Party Logistics support of Force Protection Inc’s MRAP sustainment program. • Assessed customers’ needs and determined appropriate staffing levels and equipment needs; developed budgeting for both and executed to plan• Developed and implemented procedures for all warehouse functions including receipt of material, pick, pack and shipment of orders; trained all warehouse associates• Developed facility metrics, implement programs as needed to attain goals• Trained warehouse personnel on safety procedures including certification on all power operating equipment• Designed warehouse layout using Six Sigma methodology to streamline operations into one piece flow • Increased ABVS score from 64% to 69% within 2 months of 3PL start up

• Supervision of distribution, office and warehouse personnel including hiring, training, evaluating and motivating staff while promoting the company mission and core ideologies• Develop, issue and maintain efficient routing/production schedules to align with company goals and objectives• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure timely delivery of product• Coordinate with end users to ensure they receive equipment appropriate for their needs• Develop, analyze and track key inventory levels using Inventory Management System (IMS)• Analyze product changes and coordinate new product releases• Develop/maintain performance tracking tools to be utilized by upper management• Ensure the facility remains in compliance with all corporate/state/federal regulations
