Created Product Engagement Department from the ground, up. Built and manage an amazing, smart and high-functioning team that supports the development and management of partnerships throughout the United States to help inform product development and research at Committee for Children.

Manage project portfolio including digital product development of the Second Step High School Program, market research, program evaluations, and MARCOMM projects totaling $5 million. Ensure alignment between project scope, customer needs, stakeholder requirements, and the organization’s strategic plan. Manage projects and adjust scope, timeline, and budget and resources as needed. PM for multiple teams spanning work such as research studies, systemic implementation and product testing. Provide agile coaching and leadership for team through organization-wide transition to agile.

Provided oversight and leadership for all education sales and outreach activities, including strategy, sales campaign planning, budget management and oversight, product release and customer and sales data analysis. Managed, motivated, and led staff responsible for these activities.

Managed all aspects of the Client Outreach (Sales) and Client Support Services Department. Oversaw annual budget strategy, sales pipeline management, campaign planning and team KPI's. Led interdisciplinary teams to aid in strategic planning and provided ongoing feedback and suggestions for improved processes and customer engagement and retention. Evaluated and improved customer engagement strategies.

Was responsible for cultivating new client relationships and build upon existing relationships through business partnerships with public, private and charter schools across the country. Developed and presented overview presentations, training, and strategic planning sessions with education stakeholders.

Provided community based organizations with training on substance abuse prevention efforts and strategies.

Worked to coordinate local and national programming for our PBS (Public Broadcast Service) partners as well as coordinate local and national training and conferences. I was in charge of overseeing our Parenting Counts Program and grant process which included developing and issuing requests for proposals as well as ongoing grant management.

Worked as part of the Washington State Family Policy Council, promoting positive youth development through violence and substance abuse prevention efforts. I worked with school districts, youth serving agencies, policy makers and community members to facilitate, train and educate on the topic of cutting edge youth prevention using the Hawkins and Catalano Risk and Protective Factor Model. I worked extensively with many organizations to mobilize outreach strategies, including facilitating the Communities That Care process for three local coalitions within Snohomish County. I worked to develop and maintain partnerships with local and state leaders to promote and demonstrate positive youth development through informal and formal community mobilization efforts and direct service programming.
