I transform real estate and infrastructure, drive businesses growth, and accelerate sustainability in the built environment. Over the last 10 years, I worked for CBRE, where I led a proptech business and 3 other global real estate P&Ls. As a global P&L leader, I improved and standardized the operations of client facilities, delivered complex capital programs, enhanced workplace experience, navigated complex sales, and exceeded my annual profit and growth targets. Most recently, I transformed a proptech and SaaS business inside CBRE by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), developing a more intuitive UX, and developing an industry-leading cost and sustainability benchmarking platform. With 10 years at CBRE, 12 years of strategy consulting at McKinsey and Company, and a Ph.D. In Economics, I bring unique skills to real estate and infrastructure owners driving transformation or to VC and PE funds growing their proptech and cleantech businesses. I have counseled corporate C-Suites, PE investors, state governors, and federal agency heads through complex issues, helping them set strategy, deploy capital and new technology, meet financial targets, meet sustainability commitments, and adapt to new regulation. I do my best work when the “way forward” is unclear. As a strong communicator, strategist, and operator, I align teams and stakeholders behind a vision and lead them to exceptional outcomes.
