Correspond with company vendors, coordinate with contractors, manage vehicle maintenance, provide customer service and technical support. Correspond with CMS (Criticom Monitoring Services) and input customer, system data via CMS connect or site control. MAS (Mastermind) is the current software used by CMS.

Resolve issues emanating from all departments. Correspond with company vendors. Perform Human Resources, employee hiring and termination duties as well as administration of company health plan. Interviewing and employment screening, manage all Personnel and office operations. Perform Accounts Payable duties, vehicle maintenance and fleet insurance management. Handled UL certifications for UL installations and company UL license. In my time with Perma Guard I worked my way from Service/Installation Manager to Office Manager and final position General Manager. I cross trained in Legal, Collections, Central Station and Billing to increase my knowledge of a Mid-sized security company with a remote monitoring station. MAS (Mastermind) was the software Perma Guard used in my time with the company.
