Weekly reports of Outside Facilitator led groups and attendance, Weekly Room Use metrics report, Weekly attendance breakdown report including UA and BAC reports. ♦ HR Function: Management of employee files, verification of current documents, (Certifications, licenses) New Employee On-Boarding: Collection of New Hire Paperwork, Set up Email address, EMR access, Company contact information. Collection of Invoices from Outside Facilitators to forward to AP.♦ Clinical Assistant Functions: Coordinate and record topics and clients discussed in both Staff Meetings and Treatment Team meetings.
