I am a 20+ year healthcare leader who has held a variety of roles across clinical and non-clinical settings: Critical Care, Nursing (Magnet), Nursing & Provider Education, CDI, HIM/Coding, Revenue Cycle, Quality, building successful collaborative partnerships and building/optimizing programs in alignment with industry best practice. My perspective is unique as I blend my education in psychology, nursing, and organizational leadership to shape my leadership strategies for enhancing performance and maximizing individual potential.
