Carrie, as lead or collaborative broker, identifies exposures, develops, places and services insurance solutions related to Cyber, technology errors and omissions, miscellaneous professional liability, media liability, and intellectual property for large domestic and international companies. Carrie started her career in the Aon Shanghai office in 2004. In the first 2 years, she was on the Aon Global Client Network China team, serving general P&C lines for China subsidiaries of multinational companies. From 2006 to 2012, she worked on the Aon Shanghai team specializing in Directors' and Officers' Liability and Public Offering of Securities insurance for listed and going-public companies, especially for US IPOs. She also assumed responsibility as the team leader for management liability lines of insurance for China Central Region.In mid-2012, Carrie was promoted to Aon Chicago, specializing in management liability insurance and providing risk management services to public and large private companies. In early 2015, Carrie was recruited to Aon’s fast growing Cyber insurance group, where she manuscripts cutting edge policies mainly for companies with minimum $2B revenue. In December 2023, Carrie joined Marsh Cyber Practice, focusing on Cyber and professional liability insurance solutions for organizations with complex risk transfer needs.Carrie’s industry specialties include Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, Materials, Healthcare and Financial Institutions.
