Responsible for providing a high-touch experience for executive level candidates with interview and application process as well as managing the Executive Recruiting team reporting and analysis which was presented to the Senior Leader’s each week. Personally requested by Senior Leaders and management to conduct all sensitive and confidential executive candidate interviews and on-boarding. • Developed the Executive Diversity Slate / Internal & External reporting systems currently used within the company.• Expanded the Executive Recruiting Sharepoint Site which now incorporates all executive reporting, projects, communications, requisition hires and a new year-to-date tracking system for all cancelled requisitions as well as candidate expenditure.• Organized a Transitional Employee event that placed 23 WaMu employees back into positions within the company saving over $700,000 in severance cost. • Coordinated interviews and travel arrangements for high level executives while maintaining an extreme level of confidentiality• Assisted candidates in the application process as well as conducted all professional back ground checks• Posted and maintained current status on all requisitions internally and externally• Created organizational charts for competing banks and financial institutions reducing the need for retained search firms
