Expanded participation from 81 students to 425 (525% growth, avg 131% per year) by connecting, training, motivating, and creating a culture of constructive criticism and failing-forward. Engaged the student body of 1500 with a 20-minute newsmagazine-style weekly program highlighting school culture and events while maintaining a fundraising balance of $20K.Received the maximum grant from MSST Award for producing "2nd Generation Holocaust Survivor Documentary Project." Coordinated with FHAO Memphis Region to train 18 young filmmakers to learn the importance of survivors' legacy. Students created 10 documentary projects by using new communication methods to collaborate with executive leadership & 2nd Gen Survivors to share lessons from their personal history, to be an upstander against bigotry.Directed two theatrical productions which were selected for main stage presentation at the Tennessee State Thespian Convention for an audience of 1000 peers as an exemplary model of high school theatrical production and performance.
