Manage the Plan Implementation Department for a nationwide TPA. Oversee the work produced by the department and coach/develop staff members through performance management, goal setting, training and effective employee relations.

Maintained knowledge of various Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) rules and regulations.
