Built a high performing, global team that provided strategic financial planning & analysis to drive growth and profitability; member of the global leadership team and reported directly to the CEO of a $55m company consisting of five primary legal entities including U.S, U.K., South Africa, Singapore and India.

Designed, developed and executed a $4m portfolio of customized executive education programs for senior executives at global companies such as Verizon, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nationwide, The Nature Conservancy all while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Supported the design, development and execution of learning programs for global clients; created and executed project work plans, budgets, contracts and invoices for these programs.

Core team member responsible for the initial implementation of this innovative Executive MBA program. Provided oversight and delivery of on-campus residencies in Durham, NC and in Germany. Directed program delivery in support of faculty and 250 students.

Led volunteer coordination, organized events, assisted with year end giving campaign.
