Liaison is a company who have worked with the NHS for over 25 years with a mission to deliver savings in three key areas – finance, staffing and estates – all on a contingent basis.Working in a client-facing role as a Client Services Consultant with Liaison, my primary role is to assist various NHS Trusts and Health Board, to increase the utilisation of their current processes in order to maximise savings for their budgets and meet the necessary targets. This requires supporting the trusts/Health Boads in the pre and post implementation of our unique Workforce Management Solutions, STAFFflow and TempRE. I help NHS Trusts/Health Boards to optimise the use of STAFFflow/TempRE through training senior management and ground level staff, and continually offering support in order to maximise systems usage and the understanding of various processes.
