With over 13 years of experience as a birth professional, certified clincial hypnotherapist and conscious coach, I help empower women to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges in pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I am the owner of Blue Lotus Hypno, a childbirth, hypnosis and coaching practice based in Orange County, California, that serves clients locally, nationally, and internationally.My core competencies include childbirth education & Hypno-doula services, inner child and trauma healing utilizing various psycho-spiritual therapy methods. I am also an advisory board member of the Extraordinary Lives Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports children’s mental health and wellness. I am passionate about creating positive change and transformation in the lives of others, using hypnosis, coaching, and education as powerful tools.
