For the past 10 years I have run a Type B family home daycare center (as defined by the State of Ohio) I am the owner and sole employee. Analyze hospital medical records to determine that all orders are signed and physician dictation and reports are dictated and signed appropriately. Flag incomplete records for appropriate provider to complete. Assist in transitioning from paper medical records to EMR system and help train providers on how to use EMR system. Other medical records duties as needed.
