This included building a team to stand up all recruitment marketing and advertising, sourcing, analytics and diversity recruiting while also helping drive the largest ever enterprise SAP/SuccessFactors implementation (my focus was owning the RMK & Onboarding and a key stakeholder in the ATS, RCM).
