As a Spiritual Resilience Coach, I help clients who are undergoing life transitions like divorce, bereavement, career change, health challenges discover who they truly are and what kind of life they want to create for themselves on the other side of change. We explore the ways that transitions, when handled with consciousness and compassion, create the opportunities for personal and professional transformation, enabling clients to create their new beginnings based upon their values, purpose, and heartfelt desires.

Statistics show that there are more second marriages than first marriages in the US. From that, one can infer that a lot of people are going through a divorce process. Divorce is one of the most stressful, painful experiences you can go through - not only for you, the divorcing couple, but for your children, your families, your circle of friends, and your community. I offer individual coaching, group coaching, and workshops designed to provide support for letting go of blame, drama, and self-victimization, so that you can approach this challenging process with cooperation, respect, and the intention to create the highest good for all concerned. As your coach, I help you slow down to experience and process your divorce grief, to acknowledge your losses, and to make healthy, empowering choices and agreements for the future. I partner with you so you can learn new skills and perspectives, but the main work is connecting you to your heart in order for you to find joy and love again. Let this divorce be your last.

Certified as a Grief Counselor by the American Academy of Grief Counseling, I provide individual and group coaching for clients experiencing loss and grief. Grief is the normal reaction to loss - it is a temporary situation that responds well to a coaching modality. My philosophy is there is nothing that you need to fix about yourself of the situation when you are grieving. You need support, understanding, and hope that you will someday feel like yourself again. I help you understand that you are experiencing grief. You are not your grief. While your life will not return to "normal" again, you can rebuild your life after this loss and create a life that you love. I help you do that.
