Promoted to VP-level role overseeing omni-channel supply chain planning functions for the company’s $3B Women’s Apparel business in the US and Canada. Led a planning team of ~100 employees, including 6 direct reports (Planning Directors), focused on hitting aggressive KPI targets related to Sales, Gross Margin, and Inventory Turn• Partnered with the Women’s General Merchandise Manager to successfully grow the Full Price business from $2.4B to $3B within a 5-year span—including oversight of Full Line Stores (US & CA), E-Commerce, and Subscription product sales• Achieved all-time high performance levels in Gross Margin and Turn for 5 out of 6 years of tenure• Championed lean thinking and continuous improvement throughout the Nordstrom Merchandising Group, managing significant change initiatives including the implementation/integration of JDA Allocation software and a shift to data-driven Buy Planning, which led to a 25% improvement in productivity• Led cultural transformation efforts around Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging across the company, including obtaining certification to teach DBI curriculum that has increased employee awareness of DEI-related issues and helped minimize potential liability

Led Financial and Assortment Planning across Full Price in multiple divisions totaling $5B in revenue. Additionally drove major organizational change involving integration of the e-commerce and Full Line Store merchandising teams (~800 employees total) into a single consolidated organization, as well as a migration of the Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, and Allocation functions to a shared inventory model.• Led complex integration planning efforts including workforce planning, communications, change readiness, and technology system evolution needed to achieve the desired centralization within an 8-month period• Led de-coupling of Assortment Planning from Buying and created new Planning roles (e.g. Planning Manager, Buy Planner)• Drove additional restructuring and change initiatives that included guiding omni-channel planning teams through expansion into the Canada market and acquisition of the Trunk Club recurring revenue model

Oversaw a 70-member inventory management organization during a period of intensive growth at Nordstrom.com, seeing the channel increase from $700M to over $1B in e-commerce sales.• Led the Merchandising team through the challenges of the 2008 recession, controlling inventory levels and prioritizing a narrowed assortment of high-performing categories to minimize markdowns and maintain growth• Managed the Merchandising team through the launch of shared inventory capabilities (Store Fulfill, Buy Online Pickup in Store) that propelled top line growth, as well as all-time-high Margin and Turn levels• Created a Financial Planning Team to support the integration of Nordstrom.com to Oracle's RPAS Merchandise Financial Planning system
