Social Media Manager
Current• Develop with Marketing Team to establish an annual social calendar that includes all brand initiatives and promotions• Create detailed social campaigns for all marketing initiatives• Establish creative strategy and execute content creation (photo and video) at editorial shoots, in-house social shoots, and events to use across channels• Assist with planning and executing model and flat-lay photo shoots• Write compelling, on-brand social copy and blog posts – often under tight deadlines – that serve the specific goals of each initiative• Establish, grow and maintain the Ambassador program with influencers and creators• Produce creative messaging and a brand voice that is consistent across channels• Lead creative brainstorms/ideation sessions with the Team to capture fresh and ever-elevating content• Manage daily Instagram posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality, cohesion, and optimization• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and continuously evolve our influencer and ambassador program• Assess content/strategy performance and provide strategy iterations monthly• Established new Ambassador and Influencer collaboration program through Aspire • Run organic scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Tiktok
