As office manager of a small family owned residential construction, there is no duty that doesn’t fall under my job title. It excites me that I am able to use my left-brain, creative side when working on small marketing ideas and customer design selections. But I also am able to use the right-brain, A+ personality, and super organization skills in implementing employee job descriptions, company policy and procedures.

As Director of Divisions and Councils, I was charged with overseeing four different groups, their fundraising events, monthly chapter meetings and each chapter’s yearly budget. I take pride that in the four years in this position, I came in or above project budget for over 85% of my budgets. I enjoyed working with the diverse volunteers and making their ideas and voices heard in the residential construction community.

As Programs and Events Coordinator at BioHouston, I was able to coordinate innovative meetings with up and coming biotechnology companies. BioHouston is leading a broad effort to establish the Houston region as a vigorous global competitor in life science and biotechnology commercialization.

At CCA, I was the front line to customer service for our 90,000+ members from around the country. I assisted them as their calls came in for help on their membership questions and assisted members with donations and event registrations for more than 50 fundraising events in Texas.
