I take care of engagement for YAZOO. This includes looking after comments on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

I'm the Social Media Lead for YAZOO and take care of Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for them. This involves replying to comments and maintaining engagement on posts and tweets. We have a growing community of 250,000 on Facebook and a weekly reach of up to 4 million with 50,000 users engaged.

I worked on integrated campaigns for Money Super Market, Lloyds Banking Group and The Economist.

I worked on numerous accounts including Canon, Unilever, Virgin Trains and Sony Xperia

I worked on the global launch for Brand Unilever, creating a social film for them. So far it's received over 20 million views on YouTube. I also produced a TVC for Huggies Pull-Ups, which saw a 367% increase in site traffic during the first week of airtime. And I worked on various global projects for Dove, including several hot-houses in Chicago and London.

I worked on digital ideas for Knorr and helped to overhaul their website, including tone of voice, content ideas and design.

I worked on digital ideas for numerous brands, including a back to school campaign for M&S.

I worked on the launch of the new Ford Focus - creating some innovative Digital Display for them.

I worked across numerous accounts and looked after all the creative for Vauxhall.

I produced integrated campaigns for Ford, Nokia, Range Rover, Always and more.

I produced integrated campaigns for Virgin Media, Lloyds TSB and more.

I returned to London in 2004, where I took the role of Head of Copy at Dialogue DLKW. I was a member of the board and helped to run the creative department with my Art Director Penny Buck. The agency wasn’t doing very well back then. It hadn’t made a profit for four years, had outdated systems, no identity and lacked direction. As you can imagine, we had a pretty tough job on our hands but we soon managed to turn things around. We retained the Burger King business, won several million pound accounts including Tena, The AA, eBay and Opel Vectra, and grew the Halifax account. These wins made the business profitable and saw the agency grow from 8 to fifty in the space of a year. We also grew digital business from existing clients even though they already had digital agencies. And we took Dialogue DLKW from an unknown digital agency to a top 20 agency in NMA (New Media Age).

I produced integrated and digital campaigns for Mitsubishi, which ran across Europe.

I worked on Pan European campaigns for Volvo - this included idents for ER, TV for the new S60R and press and print.
