Educating community oncologists on the benefits of the immunotherapy combination of Opdivo (nivolumab) and Yervoy (ipilumimab) for patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer as well as upper gastroesophageal cancers in both the adjuvant and metastatic setting. November 2021 - October 2023 covered the Greater Pittsburgh area and western Ohio. Oversee operations of Chesapeake Medical Imaging's 13 outpatient facilities throughout the state of Maryland. This includes the management and supervision of Regional Managers (2), Imaging Center Managers (4) Department Managers (5), Radiologist Practice Manager (1) along with other key administrative personnel within the organization. Driving business operations for the entire company. Coordinate with Director of Human Resources on personnel and safety needs.Implement and develop Quality Assurance and Compliance standards. I collaborated with company CFO to manage fiscal business operations.Created the Role of Radiologist Practice Manager, managing a team of 15+ Radiologists, delivers PACS and IT support and coordinates with all operational personnel.Created the role, identified internal talent and managed Chief Technologist to ensure state compliance, accreditations and servicing is conducted in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and industry standards. Coordinated and led the successful launch of a new Radiology Information System (RIS) migration from a legacy system in April 2020 amidst COVID-19 pandemic. I served as the lead sales manager for the company in customer referrals for Positron Emissions Technology (PET_) scans and traditional Nuclear Medicine. Focused call effort on Neurology for advanced brain imaging. Continued management for CMS IDEAS Trial for Chesapeake Medical Imaging. I grew PET/CT and the Nuclear Medicine Department from one technologist to a team of five across four locations. I led negotiations with GE on DaTscan contracts to begin offering ioflupane 123 for definitive diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease.I coordinated and conducted conferences with local specialists to educate and communicate coverage and benefit of PET/CT studies applicable to respective practices including brain imaging, oncology staging, and initial treatment as well as sodium fluoride bone scans. I developed and coordinated the launch of interventional radiology within the practice, specifically managing lumbar puncture procedure protocols and pathology processes. I managed contract negotiations between multiple pharmaceutical companies and distributors of radioactive isotopes. I served as primary coach and mentor for all other marketing/sales personnel and managers on best practices, sales messaging, managed care and billing to ensure success with key accounts throughout the organizational footprint.

I directed operations of the CMI Bowie office including patient flow, responding to unique customer needs or requests in addition to follow up on cases. I researched and enrolled CMI in the Imaging Dementia Evidence for Amyloid Scanning (IDEAS) trial. I coordinated the enrollment and scanning of approximately 150 patients yielding a definitive or negative result for Alzheimer's Dementia.I served as the primary liaison between CMI and legal customers.

I launched the first CMI location featuring all imaging modalities including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT) PET/CT and Mammography. I delivered consistent growth among all modalities at the Bowie facility while in initial launch phase growing the new facility to a profit center through new business and specialized imaging projects.

I was selected by the management team among 700 applicants to join the launch of the North East Region. I joined Inventiv for Amylin to launch the first, new and innovative once-weekly Bydureon injection for Type 2 diabetes. I ensured key customers in the territory were educated and adopted new prescribing methods for treatment. My territory ranked in the top 10 in the nation.

I served as lead representative in the region responsible for cultivating and growing market share in the long term care marketplace for Reclast Infusion and Exelon Patch. Both unique delivery systems for disease states in separate specialty markets.I exceeded expectations of managed care knowledge, understanding both the pay structure in office and in the long term care setting.
