Successfully oversaw the completion of over 95 intricate and diverse projects, each with budgets ranging from $5K to $500K. Excelled in building and maintaining enduring relationships with a network of clients, architects, engineers, and other vital stakeholders, laying a robust foundation for ongoing business growth. Contributed in the management of an 18M Job Order Contract with King County. Functions include developing scopes of work, soliciting subcontractor bids, creating technical RSMeans estimates, compiling and submitting proposals, writing subcontracts, change orders, closeout process and managing subcontractors through all phases of the construction process.

Missoula, Montana Area
