Building on my experience in negotiating global scale CCS deals, I have responsibility for driving the development of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) solutions for Repsol in the Americas with the primary focus on identifying customers, developing and implementing marketing strategies, negotiating commercial agreements for CCS services, and facilitating the successful deployment of CCS solutions.

Led Linde’s strategic global accounts group for approximately 30 of its more than 2,000,000 customers worldwide. Responsible for executive level communications between Linde and its global accounts, including delays in startups, delinquent accounts, future project developments, and collaboration opportunities between parties.

Executive Sponsor for women’s network for Linde’s greater houston area employees. Community engagement events, professional development and social networking opportunities for over 150 female employees around Linde’s operational US headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. Initiated and structured organization over two year period after former women’s groups had dissolved and become inactive. Brought in outside speakers for career development opportunities; organized multiple community engagement events benefitting underserved Houston teen girls.

Americas Large Projects Development organization with responsibility for our carbon capture and storage strategy and solution for our existing and new USGC hydrogen assets. Developing partnerships for decarbonization of our hydrogen production - working towards meeting Linde's 2028 and 2035 sustainability goals.Negotiated and closed the world’s largest CCS agreement for the production of blue hydrogen, worth over $2B, with ExxonMobil for Linde’s new H2 production facility in Beaumont/Port Arthur TX area.

US HyCO and South Region Atmospherics. Responsible for developing and securing new hydrogen, carbon monoxide, syngas and atmospheric industrial gases business in chemical and refining industries, strengthening Linde's business portfolio, and helping ensure our business achieves aggressive growth targets.

Responsible for Linde Engineering's Hydrogen & Syngas business unit for North America including the sale of plants for projects that include the production of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, ammonia and its derivatives, methanol and its derivatives, syngas cleaning such as Rectisol and amine, CO2 removal, and syngas separation such as cold boxes and PSAs. Led team of proposal managers and conceptual engineers to support the business and project development efforts.

Served on the Executive Committee as Treasurer for 3 years.

Provided consulting services to the clean energy sector for projects using gasification technologies as well as market analysis for regional growth opportunities in industrial gases.

Responsible for global business development for the commercial licensing and implementation of SES’ technology into large scale coal and biomass gasification projects with heavy focus on Asia, Australia and Eastern Europe.Led the development of SES Power - a business vertical focused on distributed power. Secured marketing agreements with GE’s aeroderivative business.Developed exclusive relationships for the marketing and development of syngas-based DRI projects with Midrex Technologies, a subsidiary of Kobe Steel.Supported the CEO and CFO with investor and public relations including investor presentations, public disclosures, SEC filings, press releases and other related matters.

Led the technology development efforts with US and Shanghai based teams to scale up SES’ Gasification Technology from small-scale commercial utilization to large, industrial scale, high pressure design.

Led the project development and engineering team for GreatPoint Energy’s pilot stage bluegas™ hydromethanation technology.

Led the technical sales effort for the expansion of GE’s IGCC solution in the US and into the global 50Hz market in Australia, Middle East, Europe, South America, and Asia.Supported global sales and commercial operations, product line, and marketing for gasification and IGCC opportunities during the prescreening and project development phase.Developed, coordinated & conducted the first critical IGCC/gasification GE Field Application Engineer training program. Developed training material and tools for GE's global sales team on the IGCC technology.

Led technical efforts during sales, proposal development, and commercial negotiations for all of GE's potential multi-billion dollar IGCC projects.

Had technical responsibility for GE’s major US based IGCC projects during the sales phase, proposal phase and early FEED phase.

Served as a lead engineer in the design/development and as the technical customer sales lead for GE's 630MW IGCC Reference Plant based on GE Energy’s gasification (formerly Texaco) and power generation technology.

High school physics and chemistry teacher at Nimitz Senior High School. Served as the Science UIL Club sponsor and the Assistance Dance Team Director.
