I handled all interaction with clients, including billing and invoicing. I also scheduled, managed, and ensured on-time delivery of all client project requests by efficiently directing the interaction of all departments to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget. I allocated appropriate resources to jobs, matching client requests with department assets.

At Town & Country I was responsible for planning and carrying out all events and promotions for the shopping center, and developed and commissioned all advertising for the shopping center. I was also responsible for producing the monthly newsletter and maintaining the website. I oversaw and organized Guest Services with a staff of 10 people and managed their schedules, as well as counting and balancing all monies brought in. I was also responsible for coordinating tenant relations, and making sure any needs they had were taken care of.
