As part of the Tourism and Travel program, I completed an internship placement as a Travel Advisor. During this experience I learned and used industry software including Apollo, Global Matrix and Galileo. In addition, I worked with clients to discover their travel needs and motivations in order to sell them a trip that would best suit their desires.

TICO Exam Preparation Course - This 8 week course prepares travel students (or interested community members) to write the government mandated Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) Educations Standards Exam.Along with being the instructor for this course, I am also an approved TICO Proctor and can proctor the educations Standards Exam on behalf of TICO.

Working with the CEM Product Management Division, my focus was on creating new products and revenue streams from tools and software brought into the company for operational efficiencies. This included text analytics and online reporting dashboards for front line users.In addition, I developed and implemented customer service training based on the theory of Net Promoter and the company's online reporting tools for front line Credit Union employees.

This was a new role in the company, born out of the need to ensure seamless transition of new clients and new projects from our sales team to our operations team. Working with Sales and Operations, I was instrumental in the development of a standardized new project onboarding process that not only increased operational efficiency by 23% across all departments, but also increased overall client satisfaction with our company.My responsibilities also included onboarding new software and tools into the company for increased operational efficiency. I was involved in all stages of this process from initial research, return on investment analysis, proof of concepts, new process development, internal employee training, client communication and company wide roll out.

Manage all aspects in regards to ResearchByNet, the online division of Consumer Contact. Including new revenue development, process development, compliance and software management.
