I have been working in the non-profit world since I entered the adult workforce, and have more than 15 years of experience in program management, staff supervision, development, and professional writing. With a background in direct service management and program development, I have established a performance-driven career exemplified by repeated promotion to positions of increasing responsibility and longevity in companies in which I’ve worked. I transitioned from program management to the development world as a full-time grant writer in 2013. I now serve as the Director of Development and Foundation Relations, helping oversee a team of 16 professionals working together to raise more than $10 million in private grants and donations each year.
