I am passionate about this role, MRD Web Ltd is an agency created from a desire to fill a gap in the Hawke's Bay Web Design, Development and Digital Strategy arena. We are a team of creatives who have a desire to serve our clients with integrity and openness - delivering outstanding solutions in design, function and business growth. My role within MRD Web Ltd is varied, however I most enjoy hashing out ideas with our clients to create exposure and growth for their businesses.

This was an exciting and eye opening insight into the hard working, passionate and dedicated individuals who create wonderful works of entertainment for us. This role was varied and required high levels of organisation, project coordination and administrative ability, discretion, strong communication skills with a focus on listening and an 'anything is possible' attitude.

As an IT Recruitment Consultant with a focus on IT contractors, I was fortunate to have a varied role working with a number of government departments and large corporates. In my position I was responsible for end to end recruitment within my portfolio, and enjoyed working closely with the entire IT Recruitment team at Hudson to ensure we were providing employers, employees and contractors with the best 'fit' for their requirements.
