Remote - Oregon

While working as a Senior Regional Outreach Manager, I assisted with the successful transition from MNA field to remote admissions-focused outreach by actively collaborating with key stakeholders. I developed and managed relationships with referring professionals, including insurance payors, hospitals, medical practices, SUD programs, out-patient therapists, registered dietitians (OR, AK, MT, UT, WY), and incoming referrals generated by those relationships. I spearheaded end-to-end admissions case management, including triaging client calls, initiating admission process, and conducting benefits verification. I delivered overarching outreach support to drive the launch of new Monte Nido Portland residential program.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:• Exceeded admissions quota on a consistent basis by collaborating with established referral sources and cultivated individuals and organizations to identify and capture new business opportunities.

As Director of West Coast Outreach, I directed a dedicated team of outreach managers in providing robust outreach support and concierge service to referring professionals nationwide for existing programs and in support of new program openings. I provided hands-on leadership including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and performance management. I headed full life cycle management of multiple events, such as high-level meetings, dinners, educational seminars, and program open houses while finalizing deliverables within predefined constraints. I developed and executed branding initiatives by conducting multiple visits and engaging with key stakeholders.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include: • I planned and coordinated outreach support for the launch of new residential programs in Houston (TX), Naperville (IL), Chicago (IL) Portland (OR), and San Francisco (CA).

In this capacity, I oversaw sponsorship procurement and relationships with both national and regional NFP organizations. I arranged funding for individuals and organizations to facilitate eating disorder recovery by managing grant process (Sea Glass Grant Program). Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• I administered development of detailed conference presentation library and RFP process. I synchronized communications campaigns to ensure smooth implementation of program openings and education events.

While working as National Director of Outreach and Regional Outreach Manager, I directed a dedicated team of outreach managers in providing robust outreach support and concierge service to referring professionals nationwide for existing programs and in support of new program openings in Irvington (NY), Boston (MA), Philadelphia (PA), Newport Beach (CA), San Diego (CA), and Agoura Hills (CA). I strengthened relationships with referring professionals in the Western US through interactive collaboration. I planned and organized events, tours, and meetings to build network of local and international clinical leaders. I represented MNA at regional/national conferences.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• I was promoted within first quarter in position from Regional Outreach Manager to National Director of Outreach.

Orem, Utah

In this role, I executed business development and outreach plans in Oregon, Washington, and Texas while managing a portfolio of national accounts related to substance use disorder treatment. I also, I represented program at regional/national conferences for presenting features to audiences and achieving program goals.

Taos, New Mexico

While working as Business Development and Admissions Director, I directed all facets of incoming admissions to primary substance use disorder treatment, outreach initiatives, and marketing campaigns for referral sources while analyzing results using CRM. It is worth mentioning that I organized program tours, managed intake process for families, and coordinated referents tours to enhance awareness and capture new business prospects.

In this capacity, I headed execution of contractual elements purchased by a wide range of corporate sponsors, including media, promotions, events, tickets, and hospitality.

Managed incoming admissions, and outreach to referral sources. Utilized CRM in tracking of incoming admissions and outreach productivity. Provided program tours and managed intake process for families. Hosted referents for program tours designed to increase collaboration and referral frequency. Represented program and regional and national conferences. Managed relationships with sister programs that resulted in a 30% increase in admissions.
