-Management and acquisition of US based corporate accounts primarily located within Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana for the purpose of international recruitment activities.-Provision of comprehensive international recruitment strategies. -Coordination of property and hiring manager requisitions with all regional offices and partners (offices in Argentina, Chile, Peru and partners in Brazil, Costa Rica, Spain and Romania) to implement effective multicultural Talent Acquisition strategies.-Pre-screen potential applicants. -Event and travel planning for international job fairs, conferences and other events.-Drafting of employment offers and training plans in collaboration with clients for US sponsor approval.

-Technical translation of confidential and time sensitive mining and engineering documentation, including: Environmental Impact Assessments, Project Proposals, Contracts, Technical Reports and Memorandums, Meeting Minutes-Document quality control-Live interpretations of business meetings and project progress reports.

-Supervision of small customer service team (4 individuals).-Inventory planning and logistics management between the Peruvian and North American branches.-Development and distribution of the Company's quarterly bulletin issued to vendors and distributors.-Assist the Marketing and Products purchasing team to identify potential products/sales opportunities, and development of product descriptions.-Coordination of General Manager schedule, trips and meetings, record meeting minutes, correspondence (telephone and email).-Invoicing.

-Floor Supervisor for mid-sized sales call center of approximately 15 shift representatives, including task delegation. -Coordinate with distribution center to monitor inventory and order status.-Collaborate with Marketing and Publicity departments product listing updates, modification to existing descriptions/technical specifications, release of new catalogs and seasonal promotions, etc.
