Reviews, evaluates, and makes decisions on applications for Life/LTC insurance coverage by correlating all aspects that affect mortality/morbidity, functionality, and cognition. Responsible for making proper underwriting decisions to accept, modify, or decline a risk through the evaluation of many factors.Responsible for promoting and maintaining high customer focus by communicating effectively. This involves making prompt offers with reasonable solutions that meet customer needs, while protecting the business objectives.NOTE: Role includes the position as Education Chairwoman of the Lynchburg Women's Forum.
