I manage the Brainstorm sales division side of the ITWeb Group from an advertising, circulation and audience development perspective. I look after key accounts that Brainstorm has, as well as ensure that my sales teams look after their clients, source new business and make target. I am also tasked with identifying new growth opportunities and streamlining business processes. I have a good understanding of advertising best practices for building credibility and awareness and can advise clients where and how best to communicate to the top C-Level Exec’s in the country.

I am responsible for all circulation aspects pertaining to ITWeb's print divisions which include: audience development, database creation/admin/management, research, subscription sales, retail sales, copy sales, corporate sales, sponsorship's, audits, operations, logistics and distribution requirements as well as all strategic media partnership agreements for the group. My role is operational, managerial and advisory. I have a keen eye for identifying gaps in the market and business development opportunities, I understand business process.I manage a team of 4, countless service providers and run a self-sustained profitable division that grows the audience.My position evolved into business development and advertising sales, a natural progression when you have built & sustained key targeted audiences.

My position grew from a Database research position into Group Circulation and Marketing management. I held various positions over the years including: Database Administrator, Event Co-ordinator, Database Manager, Events Manager, IT Group Marketing Manager. My responsibilities included: subscription sales, full group database creation/administration/management from internal sales to client as well as all distribution related functions pertaining to 6 print titles, 10 eZines and various custom publications. Creation of numerous surveys, from design through to compilation and analysis, resulting in all the groups published Buyers Guides and Directories over the years. Responsible for annual circulation audits, Event management and Marketing management for the group.
