Managed monthly continuing education trainings at universities nationwide for our flagship course, Healing Community Trauma. My role encompassed securing event venues and fostering communication with university staff, students, alumni, licensing boards, and professional associations to ensure the success of these events. In addition, I took charge of event marketing, financial management, procurement, travel logistics, and the orchestration of both printed and digital training resources.Drove the strategic transition of the organization's online continuing education classes to a new learning platform during COVID lockdowns.
