Daily operations include training broker partner Regional Managers, attending/leading sales meetings with Walmart Regional and Market Managers to secure additional sales and ensuring that those programs are executed through our broker partner. Work with Walmart local leadership to build region specific programs and will drive incremental sales in their territories. Partner with Walmart and Anderson to execute grand opening programs as well as local philanthropic opportunities across the market. Responsible for all broker operations, execution, and training in Walmart (East) stores. Successfully lead the expansion into Puerto Rico Walmart stores.

Southeast Us

Direct a dedicated Retail Team of Region Managers, Supervisors, and Merchandisers across the Southeast. Lead the retail in large format accounts including Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Harris Teeter, SEG, and Target along with several independent chains. Provide ongoing analytics and reports on retail results, market conditions, as well as recommendations to improve retail results specific to the assigned customer. Deliver assigned objectives on core drivers - display, distribution, and new items - this occurs across multiple brokers. Coordinate meetings with the local broker management, sales representatives and Chobani account management to sell objectives, new item authorizations, and planogram placement. Identify and analyze business within market using syndicated data and account data information to capitalize on potential opportunities.Responsibilities as the Broker ManagerCoach and train Broker Region Supervisor and Retail Representatives (full and part-time). Allocate responsibilities to Supervisor and Representatives to achieve key retail drivers; distribution, selling displays, survey hit rates and speed to market on new items. Measure, evaluate, and enforce expectations for retail conditions and overall Broker performance in the market. Improve coverage plan to produce maximum results in each location.

Responsible for calling on Wal-Mart Region 11 Regional Vice President, 17 South Florida area Market Managers, and 134 Wal-Mart stores. Works with the Pepsi Beverage Company Market Directors, area Unit Managers and local Sales Managers to ensure that Wal-Mart sales and operations are flawlessly executed in all stores. Oversees Pepsi operations at new store Grand Openings. Responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met annually.

Responsible for calling on Wal-Mart Region 17 Regional Vice President, 15 New England and New Jersey area Market Managers, and 131 Wal-Mart stores. Works with the Pepsi Beverage Company Market Directors, area Unit Managers and local Sales Managers to ensure that Wal-Mart sales and operations are flawlessly executed in all stores. Coordinates with area Franchise Bottlers to align sales targets and program execution across all Wal-Mart stores. Responsible for setting weekly by-package forecasts and ensuring those sales targets are met annually.

Managed and oversaw Pepsi operations and sales in over 120 Wal-Mart, Target and K-Mart locations across New England. Responsible for executing the advertisements, sales, promotions and displays for all Pepsi products.
