Carrie Young is an Executive Leader, certified Project Manager and Justice Subject Matter Expert, with over 25 years of justice experience both as a practitioner and in justice project delivery. Since 2005, Ms. Young has been focused on delivering justice solutions and strategic advisory services to Justice & Public Safety Agencies across North America. Ms. Young has participated as an industry representative on a Corrections Information Sharing Advisory Board tasked with providing insight and guidance to successfully ensure the adoption and implementation of national information sharing standards (National Information Exchange Model [NIEM] and the Global Reference Architecture [GRA]) to better enable information sharing capabilities between Justice & Public Safety agencies. She has presented at National forums, including Corrections Technology Association Conferences & IACP technical conferences.Carrie guest lectures at the University of Victoria on the Real-World practice of requirements analysis and design.
