Coordinates Face to Face Meetings/Events for offsite training. • Supervise and Coordinate Team Members to achieve daily deadlines and goals by delegating specific tasks to team members.• Help train new hires by providing hands on training, and answer any questions regarding and customer service.• Solve customer and business problems.• Coordinate/Run daily webinars • Manages Weekly Travel Meetings • Implemented automation for our customer service department, alleviating email traffic and refunds • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the management department include statistics • Cold Calling and invite previous clients to join new training programs• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and customers with a high level of discretion and tact
