Arrested the cash burn and enabled the acquisition to live on it's own cash flow.- Operations and Sales advisor to Tully's Coffee Shops and conducted a unique auction resulting in a 363 sale that generated sales proceeds in excess of the unsecured claims. Received the TMA Small Transaction of the Year Award for 2014. - Financial and operational improvement advisor to Viking Range Corporation, a manufacturer of high end, consumer kitchen brands. Assisted the leadership team in doubling EBITDA performance and restructuring their balance sheet.- Interim CEO/CRO for Bionol Clearfield LLC, a 110 mgpy ethanol producer located in Pennsylvania. Managing company through a debt restructuring. - CRO/President of Southwest Nut Company, the largest processor of pecans in the USA. Led company through the height of the busy season and arranged sale which netted secured lender 100% and equity a partial return.- Served as Chapter 11 Trustee for E3 Biofuels Mead, LLC, a 24 mgpy ethanol producer in Mead, NE with $50 million debt.-Operated a chain of 135 convenience stores with $60 million in secured debt, where he filed for Chapter 11 proceedings and successfully sold operations through a 363 auction.- CRO/COO of a $100 million manufacturer of store fixtures, where he restructured operations and cut $12MM in expenses.- Interim CFO/chief restructuring officer (CRO) of a $105 million consumer products company.- Responsible party for a chain of pharmacies operating in the Southwest where he led them through a bankruptcy and sale process.- Chapter 11 Trustee for an email marketing company where he filled the chief executive role and ran through company through a bankruptcy 363 sale.Rob has worked in key roles in manufacturing, product development, accounting & finance and sales.
