Responsible for full range of chemical industry technical and executive recruiting activities including: + Marketing services to clients to define needs for roles requiring experienced external candidates + Joint with client, preparation of position descriptions and marketing plan+ Identification and pre-screening of candidates+ Presentation of best candidate and arrangement of client determined interviews+ Upon final determination of client, assisting in offer presentation and closing the successful placement of candidates with clientsMy differentiation in recruiting chemical industry talent is derived from several sources:+ Hands-on experience as an individual contributor and manager in specialty chemical industry roles, as well as being a hiring manager and decision-maker.
