Tick-Borne Conditions United (TBCU/TBC United), devotes its energy and resources to education, research, and advocacy for lesser-known tick-borne diseases.Our Mission: To bridge the gap between patients and emerging science and the education needed for healthcare providers and the public.

Establish, build and maintain relationships within the commercial and education markets. Act as resource for the customer/client regarding; office & school supplies, indoor and outdoor furniture & equipment, janitorial, refreshment/break-room supplies/services as well as print services. Project Coordinator & Liaison for new school building initiatives. Assist various internal partners to ensure timely delivery of major new building and renovation projects throughout New England. Experienced competing and winning local, state, regional bids and purchasing cooperative agreements.

Establish & maintain a profitable and loyal client base throughout the New England area. Selling furniture, equipment and supplies to schools, businesses, and organizations. Communicate effectively with manufacturers, architects, project management firms, inside and outside sales team members to ensure the sales cycle comes to a timely completion. Develop marketing pieces and strategies, create organizational systems and document best practices.

Multiple positions held over career. Worked in all areas of the Retail/Public Accounts segment and Large Plan Services of Defined Contribution Plans. Duties: Customer Service via phone and/or written communications. Management of processes, personnel and internal and external clients. Create and deliver training materials both in writing and live-demonstrations in groups of 1-1,000. Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of client financial data, and during implementation phase of new clients. Calculate mathematical adjustments on individual accounts and large system-wide errors. Liaison for Legal Team to Large Plan Services Operations Department and the Chairman Office.
