Oversaw the Dermatology field force. Led and coached regional business managers, inside sales representatives, sales coordinator, and national sales trainer. Conceptualized and launched the first ever Canadian LEO Pharma Virtual Sales Team. Drove $100M in sales, supporting a portfolio of brands at all stages of their life cycle (past patent, mature and launch).

Led and managed 27 sales representatives and three regional business managers for the topical dermatology division across Canada. Managed the National Dermatology Sales P&L and exceeded NSV target at 109%. Directed the sales team in the first ever virtual sales meeting in September 2019 (pre-Covid) which reduced costs, increased efficiencies, and was adopted as best practice for future virtual sales meetings.

Led and coached a group of 10 Ontario and Atlantic Canada based hybrid sales representatives (GP and specialist). Achieved a balanced regional P&L budget thereby contributing to the overall balanced national budget. Designed and executed innovative training workshops during sales meetings to improve therapeutic knowledge, execute on marketing strategy, and enhance selling skills.

Pickering To Peterborough

Responsible for the sales of the topical dermatology products in Eastern Ontario. Delivered new representative training on sales analysis, customer management system, and marketing strategies. Leveraged pharmacy rapport and experience to develop a regional retail program that increased regional and territorial sales.

Top specialty sales performer, focused on 3 different/separate therapeutic areas (Dermatology, Psychiatry, Nephrology) for the following products: Clarus®, Campral®, and PhosLo®.Networked with Hosptial P&T committee members to improve formulary coverage of Prempharm products. Partnered with a nationally recognized Addiction treatment centre which resulted in increased patient compliance and counselling.

Medical Sales focused on the promotion of Androgel®, Teveten® and Dicetel® to family Doctors and Urologists in a newly created Toronto territory. Within 6 weeks of territory activity, increased Androgel® sales to 101% to objective in an underperforming territory.

Hybrid representative focused on women's health (Diclectin®) with Obstetricians, Family Physicians with a focused obstetrical practice, midwives and pharmacists. Enhanced sales by 20% in 1999 and an additional increase of 15% in 2000. Developed a National, accredited CHE program, "Drugs in Pregnancy" with the Motherisk Program at the Hospital for Sick Children.
