Project Management and account support for MSM Technology providing end-to-end solutions and life cycle management for delivering world class technology services and bringing IT modernization solutions to our government and commercial customers.

Initially recruited to fill a temporary gap in operations support. The role evolved into management of operations with 70 reports for South Carolina. Following a green field strategy, executed solutions-based approach to business development opportunities which doubled the number of air medical bases in South Carolina.Analyzed sales obstacles and supported a new hybrid business model for air medical service which enabled growth, positioning the company as a market leader in South Carolina.Reduced regulatory hurdles by serving as a subject matter expert leading presentations and strategy development for county and state government and military stakeholders, enabling expansion of business. Analyzed sales reports, market intelligence, and financial information. Identified profit and service improvement opportunities, developed and executed sales plan. Educated hospital executives, doctors, and emergency responders, influencing changes in hospital transportation policies which resulted in better care for patients, lower liability for medical professionals, with a net increase in profit margins.Evaluated and provided solutions for technology gaps in the areas of operations and planning management. This included interface with the Federal Aviation Administration to provide web based tools and solutions – resulting in operational efficiency gains and the automation of manual processes.Transformed sales process utilizing business intelligence by developing data analysis and reporting tools enabling company to focus efforts on fact-based opportunities to grow the business, providing metrics to measure efficiency, and introducing accountability in sales.Developed marketing tools utilizing currently available technology platforms which supported business growth and sales lead generation.

Developed business plan, including costs, risks, structure and sales, leading to a new aviation sector in the International offshore industry which was traditionally driven by Insurance and banking. Provided consultancy, project management, promotion and team leadership towards targeted results- oriented projects in the areas of asset management, data storage/retrieval, document management and transportation, which benefitted from tax treaties between Caribbean countries and Canada. Secured and structured banking, regulatory, and inter agency agreements for end-to-end customer driven solutions generating sales of $1M.

Led successful start-up and development of company, including identifying and qualifying potential customers, client development, generation of proposals, arranging and delivering presentations, securing contracts, and leading projects through to successful delivery.Hired, trained, and managed 20 staff and managed up to 50 direct reports on major projects.Introduced and established helicopter operations and customer end-to-end solutions.Successfully negotiated, developed and implemented several multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts/projects which solved clients’ high exposure/high risk project needs.Won major $30M contract as sole provider of services to Montserrat Island. Structured multi-year renewable contract with the United Kingdom Government.Developed complex contract to solve government narcotics agency security needs valued at $100M, which resulted in $20M subcontract to BajanRepresented government of Barbados as SME in aviation through joint venture negotiations with Conoco Philips valued at $77M for deep water oil exploration. Subsequently won an $8M subcontract to provide aviation support.Secured $2M subcontract to provide aviation support for international sporting event valued at $500M. Planned and executed successful implementation, involving government, military, and commercial assets.
