Appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer effective August 25, 2023. Prior Kaman roles: P&L leader of Kaman Corporation's Engineered Products and Precision Products segments. Responsible for the operational and financial performance of Kaman’s portfolio of engineered products businesses, including Kamatics, Bal Seal Engineering, Aircraft Wheel & Brake, RWG, GRW and EXTEX. Additionally, responsible for executing growth strategies that deliver innovative precision products and autonomous flight systems for U.S. and allied warfighters, as well as commercial customers around the world.

Leader of aerospace P&L with $11B in sales (2019), overseeing the development, program management, and aftermarket operations of the company’s portfolio of large commercial engines. Responsible for COVID-19 crisis response, including the strategic division reorganization and crisis communications impacting 6,000 employees worldwide. Chair of Safety Management System Leadership Board and Executive Sponsor of the African American Employee Resource Group.

Led strategies that positioned $100B+ market cap company as a preferred investment to domestic and international investors. Oversaw investor communications and engagement strategy for the acquisition of Rockwell Collins ($30B, announced 2017), the separation of Otis Elevator and Carrier from UTC (announced 2018), and UTC’s merger with Raytheon Company (announced 2019). Served on UTC Finance Council and advised CEO and Board of Directors on shareowner view of operating performance, capital allocation, and corporate strategy.

Responsible for aftermarket P&L, including commercial engine spare parts and engine leasing. Led aftermarket materials and sales teams in U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Held P&L responsibility for commercial serviceable engine business. Acquired and redeployed engines, modules, and spare parts through transactions with airlines and asset managers.

Executive on UTC’s corporate business development team, overseeing Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky Aircraft initiatives. Managed projects across aviation sectors, including deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation.
