After having run NetCraftsmen's internal recruiting functions for the past few years as a outsourced partner, I decided that closing Carroll Technology and joining NetCraftsmen was too strong an opportunity to pass up. I truly believe in the talent, the mission and the upside of NetCraftsmen so much, and look forward to assisting them in their continued expansion, locally and nationally. We will continue to search for top level engineering and sales talent in the Network Infrastructure, Data Center, Cyber Security, Virtualization, Collaboration, Service Provider and Network Managed services environments. NetCraftsmen was purchased by BlueAlly in March of 2022 and in September of 2023, the non-billable leadership team of NetCraftsmen was terminated with severance. I was one of those included in that decision.

What an amazing company! Unfortunately, we were seeking series B funding in early 2001, and for those of you who remember dot bomb, it wasn't forthcoming. We built a suite of business partner infrastructure services built around a directory enabled network (what could now be called cloud computing). I had the pleasure of recruiting from the executive level all the way to entry level personnel. Great team, bad timing. Truly the "one that got away"!

I was brought on to start up a consulting arm of this established company. The focus was on network engineering, Information Security and Systems Engineering. Unfortunately the emerging dot bomb crisis claimed this division as a victim. Prior to its demise, I was recruited by the founder and several executives of RPM to join TidePoint.

RPM Consulting / eB Networks was a network engineering consulting firm that grew from 25 employees to over 350 in the time I led their recruiting effort. We were a recognized leader in network engineering, network security and network management consulting throughout the East Coast and the Midwest. During the time I led their recruiting effort, we were recognized as part of the Inc. 500 in 1997 and 1998 including #29 in 1997. I stayed with the company for 1 year after its sale to Computer Horizons Corporation and was recruited to join the former President of CHC in another startup venture.
