Carroll began her customer service oriented career through various jobs in hospitality and F&B and an international hospitality program in Hilton Head, SC. Carroll's persistent work ethic, outgoing and approachable personality has led her to be an asset in the real estate industry with an emphasis in new construction developments and luxury multi-family communities. Carroll brings 14 years of property management experience and 27 years in the hospitality and customer service industry. Responsibilities include: Marketing and leasing of owned and manage assets, recruiting and training of staff, initiating/maintaining strategic relationships, community business partnerships, lease up strategies and operations, initiating creative marketing campaigns both print and digitally, staying ahead of the competition by using innovative technology. Carroll is currently focused on supporting operational properties and helping launch assets under development. She has worked in over 30 markets ranging from west coast to east coast.Three adjectives to describe Carroll on a daily basis are Happy, Helpful and Confident!
