A key functional lead and critical component to the overall Demand Generation team's success, I am responsible for the administration of the marketing automation platform, as well as the day-to-day execution within. Responsibilities include:Platform Management:Manage the Marketing Automation Team and owns the marketing automation platform and processes to guide its continuous growth and improvement.Campaign Management• Define, create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation objectives; including, but not limited to Social, E-Mail, SEM, SEO, etc.• Conduct ongoing project management of the execution of Marketing Automation campaigns and programs including timelines, ROI/results, changes/improvements, managing vendors.• Build and test Marketing Automation program workflows to achieve the goal of the campaign, including correct assets, copy, images, data collection, and tracking points.• Perform rigorous testing on each program to ensure all requirements are met and on time.• Develop strategies for company websites to drive traffic, increase visitor engagement and create points of conversion. Continuous Improvement:• Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements, projects and open production support tickets.• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales teams to ideate campaigns that can win new clients in new segments or verticals.• Support efforts for continuous process improvement to maximize the alignment between Demand Generation functional areas and other internal stakeholders.Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain administrative matrix documentation showing all of our campaigns, when they run, expected vs actual results, etc.• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies, and identify the optimum marketing mix of deliverables, events and media.• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
