I am a 2023 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Italian Studies. I am currently a 1L at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where I am particularly interested in Intellectual Property. My journey has been enriched by academic pursuits and hands-on experiences. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of tutoring a diverse range of students -- from beginners to those studying advanced sciences and statistics -- fostering a love for learning and problem-solving.In addition, I spent four rewarding years in Residential Life as a Resident Advisor, where I developed strong leadership and community-building skills. My research experience includes co-authoring three peer-reviewed psychology papers on perceptions of artificial intelligence and working on a sensor for a key neuropeptide. The process of scientific inquiry is something I find riveting and massively important, as it drives innovation and deepens our understanding of the world.Outside of academics and research, I am a gregarious individual with a deep passion for reading; ethical philosophy pieces are my favorite, though I also enjoy contemporary discussions around using advanced anatomical approaches to optimize strength and athletic training. I am also a huge sports fan, enjoying participating and spectating. I am always eager to connect with others who share my enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
