• Plan and coordinate testing and preventative maintenance tasks for the Vibration Lab• Work with internal and external customers to optimize test plan and execution• Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot vibration shakers, controllers, and environmental chambers• Escalate downtime situations to management to minimize schedule impact• Mentor and train new hires• Primary POC for the Vibration lab with regards to troubleshooting/repair of all hardware and software• Collaborate with leadership and equipment vendors to upgrade vibration lab shakers and controllers• Act as the technical consultant for capital projects inside the vibration lab• Develop lab resources to facilitate knowledge• Communicate technical issues and testing timelines with leadership and customers• Manage flexible work loads and schedules• Participate in conference calls and coordinate with stakeholders to complete all required testing• Provide weekly status updates to management

• Experience with Controls components and automated equipment• Developed standard operating procedures to ensure proper installation of new variable frequency drives to reduce maintenance induced failures• Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and designing HMI and control network components• Co-lead effort to digitize plant component drafts/drawings to enable easier access to required drawings and prevent degradation of important materials• Lead Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes and develop process improvements or to avoid future incidents• Familiarity with RSLogix5000 studio to program new VFDs• Ability to lead others in a technical role and interact with all levels of management.
