• Plan and coordinate testing and preventative maintenance tasks for the Vibration Lab
• Work with internal and external customers to optimize test plan and execution
• Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot vibration shakers, controllers, and environmental chambers
• Escalate downtime situations to management to minimize schedule impact
• Mentor and train new hires
• Primary POC for the Vibration lab with regards to troubleshooting/repair of all hardware and software

• Experience with Controls components and automated equipment
• Developed standard operating procedures to ensure proper installation of new variable frequency drives to reduce maintenance induced failures
• Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and designing HMI and control network components
• Co-lead effort to digitize plant component drafts/drawings to enable easier access to required drawings and prevent degradation of important materials
• Lead Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes and develop process improvements or to avoid future incidents
• Familiarity with RSLogix5000 studio to program new VFDs
