-Co-advise Class Councils, which includes Senior, Junior and Sophomore Councils, in programming designed to promote and foster campus traditions, class pride and community building-Coach executive board through budget and SGA funding processes, including sweepings, reimbursements and purchase order requests-Advise students through the organization and execution of tradition-based events, including senior week and president’s toast

- Coordinated with Homewood Student Affairs departments, faculty and staff to organize and oversee five pre-orientation programs, introducing 250 incoming students to campus resources and the Baltimore community- Worked closely with Baltimore businesses and organizations to book reservations and plan visits for each pre-orientation program- Organized and led the registration process for all pre-orientation programs, communicating campus policies and disseminating program details to incoming students and family members- Planned a welcome ceremony and closing celebration, as well as intentional debrief sessions and interactive activities for each pre-orientation program- Designed a more accessible platform for students and family members with disabilities through guidebook

-Co-advise three board members of the Transfer Leadership Institute and oversee weekly leadership meetings-Advise board members through planning, organization and implementation of retreats, weekly workshops and program curriculum-Assist in the planning, organization and implementation of a 10-week leadership and professional development workshop series, including topics on diversity, time management and campus resources-Organize and implement programmatic assessment efforts to enhance student learning and engagement-Develop recommendations to enhance the transfer student experience through extensive qualitative assessment

- Support 30 students in the planning, staffing and execution of over 60 campus events each semester, including welcome-week programming, weekly concerts, lecture series and co-sponsorships- Incorporate leadership, professional development and student development theories into students’ involvement experience through group workshops, meetings, trainings, retreats and regular one-on-one advising- Coach executive board through annual hiring process, including over 30 paid student staff and 30 volunteers- Serve as professional staff on duty for weekly daytime and/or evening events, responding to student needs and safety concerns- Advise students in managing physical, emotional, reputation, facilities and financial risks when planning and staffing events in conjunction with campus and local emergency services- Promote effective budget management skills through individual advising while overseeing an overall budget of over $450,000
