My career at Wells Fargo, which is nearing the 8 year mark, began as a part-time teller in March of 2016. Throughout my career, I have achieved several promotions, going from from part-time teller to full-time teller, to Customer Service Representative, to Personal Banker, to my current role, Branch Operations Manager. I have been in this position for almost two years. My role has afforded me the opportunity to help our customers succeed financially while coaching and managing a team of tellers to grow and succeed in their careers. There is little else more satisfying than seeing a repeat customer come back because of the superior customer service that my team and I personally deliver to them, along with the promotion of my teller team to reach the goals at which we’ve been collaborating to achieve.
